INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX COMPREHENSIVE PROJECT"
依託 Erbprinzentanne GmbH 公司在德國下薩克森州的 37 公頃土地及 2 萬餘平方米的建築和資產，由華夏集團與 Erbprinzentanne GmbH 公司共同投資建設《华夏中歐產業聯合體綜合项目》，包括不限於一批科技和中醫藥大健康等项目，建立歐洲中國中心產業聯體项目，並在中德兩國分別建立產業基地。
Relying on ERBPRINZENTANNE GMBH's 37 hectares of land and more than 20,000 square meters of buildings and assets in LOWER SAXONY, GERMANY, “SWI” and ERBPRINZENTANNE GMBH jointly invested in the construction of the "SINO WIN CHINA-EUROPE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX COMPREHENSIVE PROJECT", including but not limited to a number of technological and traditional Chinese medicine and health projects, establish an “EUROPEAN CHINA CENTER INDUSTRY CONSORTIUM PROJECT”, and establish industrial bases in CHINA and GERMANY respectively.
6同時在國內設立投資運作平臺。負責中國安徽省淮北市和江蘇省徐州等省(市)项目的投資運營管理，建設產業園區和資產管理等工作，重點投資高效農業和中草藥種植、大健康、食品加工、環保節能資源化處理等。

由華夏集團旗下的 Erbprinzentanne sino win international GmbH 與 Erbprinzentanne GmbH 公司共同在江蘇徐州投資設立外商獨資企業，負責上述项目投資運作管理。

按照華夏集團與廣東政工軍聯創業服務有限公司簽署的《项目投資合作合同》的约定和投资实施计划，负责投資興建《廣東省退伍軍人創業產業園》和《粵港澳大灣區後方工廠—疫苗代加工基地與疫苗研究中心和生物醫學科學研究中心》项目，規劃占地面積 6800 畝。其中第一期占地面積 300 畝(已獲得廣州市政府備案證明)，首期計划投資人民幣約 35 億元

According to the agreement and investment implementation plan of the "PROJECT INVESTMENT COOPERATION CONTRACT" signed by “SWI” and GUANGDONG POLITICAL INDUSTRY JUNLIAN ENTREPRENEURSHIP SERVICE CO., LTD., is responsible for investing in the construction of "GUANGDONG VETERANS ENTREPRENEURSHIP INDUSTRIAL PARK" and "GUANGDONG-HONG KONG-MACAO GREATER BAY AREA REAR FACTORY - VACCINE PROCESSING BASE AND VACCINE RESEARCH CENTER AND BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH CENTER" projects. The planned area is 6800 MU. The first phase covers an area of 300 MU (which has been certified by the GUANGZHOU MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT), and the first phase plans to invest about RMB 3.5 BILLION (about 500 MILLION EUROS).
3、 華夏集團旗下“禦世華(三亞)投資有限公司”(外商獨資企業)
"YUSHIHUA (SANYA) INVESTMENT CO., LTD." (Wholly foreign-owned enterprise) of “SWI”
7配合華夏集團在海南省白沙縣龍江農場投資建設《高效生態循环農業經濟示範基地项目》的實施運作。該项目占地面積約 3000 畝，計划投資人民幣 21 億元(約合 3 億歐元)。
Cooperate with the implementation and operation of “SWI” investment and construction of "EFFICIENT ECOLOGICAL CIRCULAR AGRICULTURAL ECONOMIC DEMONSTRATION BASE PROJECT" in LONGJIANG FARM, BAISHA COUNTY, HAINAN PROVINCE. The project covers an area of about 3,000 MU and plans to invest RMB 2.1 BILLION (about 300 MILLION EUROS).
4、 華夏集團旗下“海南禦財投資有限公司”(外商獨資企業)
"HAINAN YUCAI INVESTMENT CO., LTD." (Wholly foreign-owned enterprise) of “SWI”
配合華夏投資集團在海南省瓊海市投資建設《龍壽洋農業產業项目和共享農莊示範基地项目》的實施運作。該项目已獲得瓊海市發展和改革委審批的《海南省企業投資项目備案證明》(项目代號:2018-469002-50-03-002968)。项目占地面積約 5000 畝，計划投資人民幣 35 億元(約合 5 億歐元)。

The project has been approved by the QIONGHAI DEVELOPMENT AND REFORM COMMISSION as the "RECORDING CERTIFICATE OF ENTERPRISE INVESTMENT PROJECTS IN HAINAN PROVINCE" (PROJECT CODE: 2018-469002-50-03-002968). The project covers an area of about 5,000 MU and plans to invest RMB 3.5 BILLION (about 500 MILLION EUROS).
5、河南省洛陽市退役軍人創業產業園暨玉龍半島康養基地项目
HENAN PROVINCE, LUOYANG CITY, VETERANS ENTREPRENEURSHIP INDUSTRIAL PARK AND YULONG PENINSULA HEALTH CARE BASE PROJECT
華夏集團與海之龍中飛健康發展有限公司於 2022 年 5 月 1 日正式簽署了《河南省洛陽 市退役軍人創業產業園暨玉龍半島康養基地项目投資合作合同》。該项目規劃占地面積 13000 畝，第一期项目計划投資人民幣約 42.82 億元(約合 6.12 億歐元)，投资款項在雙方成立中外合作企業，並在開設外匯帳戶後 60 工作日內由華夏集團分期分批給予投入。
On May 1, 2022, “SWI” and HAIZHILONG ZHONGFEI HEALTH DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD formally signed the "INVESTMENT AND COOPERATION CONTRACT FOR THE PROJECT OF VETERAN ENTREPRENEURSHIP INDUSTRIAL PARK AND YULONG PENINSULA HEALTH CARE BASE IN LUOYANG CITY, HENAN PROVINCE". The project is planned to cover an area of 13,000 MU. The first phase of the project plans to invest about RMB 4.282 BILLION (about 612 MILLION EUROS). The investment funds will be established by both parties to establish a SINO-FOREIGN cooperative enterprise, and will be transferred by “SWI” within 60 working days after the foreign exchange account is opened. The invested funds will be given in stages and in batches.
6、珠海高欄港區商用油氣綜合儲備基地项目
ZHUHAI GAOLAN PORT AREA COMMERCIAL OIL AND GAS COMPREHENSIVE RESERVE BASE PROJECT
8由華夏集團和華融國際共同負責安排專項資金，在珠海市投資興建高欄港區商用油氣綜合儲備基地项目。該项目是粵港澳大灣區重大项目，計划總投資人民幣 2300 億元(約合 328億歐元)，首期投資人民幣 210 億元(約合 30 億歐元)，將根據项目建設需要分期分批投入。
“SWI” and “CWY” are jointly responsible for arranging special funds to invest in the construction of a commercial oil and gas comprehensive reserve base project in the GAOLAN PORT AREA in ZHUHAI CITY. The project is a major project in the GUANGDONG-HONG KONG-MACAO GREATER BAY AREA, with a planned total investment of RMB 230 BILLION (about 32.8 BILLION EUROS) and an initial investment of RMB 21 BILLION (about 3 BILLION EUROS), which will be invested in phases and batches according to the needs of the project construction .
