First, “SWI” is in charge of relevant overseas banks, with part of the financial assets, special funds can be arranged to apply for the required bank debentures and financial instruments to be used as loan guarantee financing for "FOREIGN GUARANTEE FOREIGN LOAN", "FOREIGN GUARANTEE DOMESTIC LOAN”, which is to solve the financing guarantee between financing enterprises and lending banks. The basic condition is that it is a low-risk financing business.
Secondly, “SWI” has international high-end financial resources, which can not only provide bank debentures and financial instruments in the bank, but also arrange for the financing bank to accept the financial bank guarantee.

華夏集團在倫敦匯豐控股銀行、英國巴格萊銀行和瑞士聯合銀行準備了部分專項資金， 用於申請提供 MT760 銀行保函、MT799 資金鎖定函、MT103、MT103-72、MT542 和 AU-SKR 等金融擔保品為國外企業或项目公司作質押擔保融資。金額為 2000 萬歐元-50000 萬歐元， 期限為 1-5 年。
“SWI” has prepared special funds in HSBC HOLDINGS PLC (LONDON, UK), BARCLAYS BANK PLC (LONDON, UK) and UNION BANK OF SWITZERLAND for applying for issuing MT760 BG, MT799 BLOCKED FUNDS CONFIRMATION, MT103 SINGLE CUSTOMER CREDIT TRANSFER, MT103-72, MT542 and AU-SKR and other Bank Instruments. The Bank Instruments provide pledge guarantee financing for domestic and foreign enterprises or project companies. The amount is between 20 MILLION EUROS - 500 MILLION EUROS, with a term of 1-5 years.
合作方式:
一是，緊密型合作：以项目投資合作為主體，共同融投資，共同平倉；
二是，鬆散型合作：合作融資，融資成功後，雙方按照約定比例使用資金，並按資金使 用比例共同平倉；
三是，純擔保融資：華夏集團提供金融擔保品為融資企業擔保融資，融資企業按照約定
4支付保函利息和擔保費給華夏集團，到期由融資企業負责 100%平倉。
COOPERATION METHOD:
First, CLOSE COOPERATION: with project investment cooperation as the main body, joint financing and investment, and joint liquidation;
Second, LOOSE COOPERATION: cooperative financing, after successful financing, both parties will use the funds according to the agreed proportion, and jointly close the position according to the proportion of funds used;
Third, PURE GUARANTEE FINANCING: “SWI” provides Bank Instruments as guarantee for a Bank
Loan for companies. The company pays the interest and fee to “SWI” as agreed, and the company is
responsible for 100% liquidation when it expires.
2. 外保内貸融資

由華夏集團在倫敦匯豐控股銀行、英國巴格萊銀行和瑞士聯合銀行申請提供 MT760 融 資性銀行保函等金融擔保品，為國內的企業或项目公司(民企、國企和央企均可)作質押擔保 融資。金額為 2000 萬歐元-50000 萬歐元，期限為 1-5 年。
“SWI” applies and provides the Bank Instruments such as MT760 BG from HSBC HOLDINGS PLC (LONDON, UK), BARCLAYS BANK PLC (LONDON, UK) and UNION BANK OF SWITZERLAND, as a pledge loan guarantee for domestic and foreign enterprises or project companies (private enterprises, state-owned enterprises and central enterprises). The amount is between 20 MILLION EUROS - 500 MILLION EUROS, with a term of 1-5 years.
合作方式:
一是，緊密型合作:以项目投資合作為主體，共同融投資，共同平倉;
二是，鬆散型合作:合作融資，融資成功後，雙方按照約定比例使用資金，並按資金使 用比例共同平倉;

3. 參與國際大宗貿易經營運作
PARTICIPATION IN THE OPERATION OF INTERNATIONAL BULK TRADE
華夏集團可以為國內外貿易公司提供銀行保函貿易擔保，也可以採取貿易融資，接證融 資銀行既可採取表外授信(表外授信是接證融資銀行收到 MT760 銀行保函後，作為擔保額度， 然後用於轉開備用信用證、貿易跟單信用證、銀行承兌匯票等作為支付保證);也可採取表內授信(表內授信是接證融資銀行收到 MT760 銀行保函後，根據融資企業的實際需要，釋放現金給融資企業使用)。
“SWI” can provide BG for trade companies at home and abroad, and can also take trade financing. The Receiving Bank can take off-balance sheet credit (off-balance sheet credit is that after receiving the MT760 BG, the Receiving Bank can re-issue SBLC, DLC or BANK DRAFT, etc, as payment guarantees; or it can also take on-balance sheet credit (on-balance sheet credit is that after receiving the MT760 BG, the Receiving Bank, in accordance with the financing enterprise’s requirement, will provides a Bank Loan against the MT760 BG.
